I see that I was mistaken about the CP. It does trouble me that so much of our money and energy stays here in the (relatively) gospel-saturated US while so little goes to those who have fewer or no exposures to the gospel. What worries me more is wondering how many of our IMB and NAMB missionaries are actually sharing the Biblical gospel. It sounds silly to say this. But there are so many "sappers" -- both theological and practical -- that can distract missionaries from actually sharing the true gospel. (And maybe I should just start by looking in the mirror, because the same sappers can prevent me from sharing the gospel with unbelievers here in the US.) A hearty amen!
